Each practice is intended to create and empower a group of peers and charter that group with the responsibility of taking the necessary steps to become the best of the breed. The employees in each practice work together to define best practices for the group: communicate needs such as group training, conferences to attend, recommended readings in the industry. Additionally, each group functions as a peer-to-peer network which allows an employee to bounce ideas and questions off of other individuals for feedback, quality improvement, and problem solving.

Technology Management

This practice is dedicated to strategic tasks which executive IT management must go through to ensure that it is properly aligned with the corporation and to ensure it has a plan in place to meet and exceed the needs of its
client.
Application Design and Development -
This practice focuses on carrying out the full spectrum of developing a software solution. Primary focus is on methodology and practices
for requirements definition, analysis, design, modeling of solutions, and implementation. Our skill sets span many development languages with primary expertise in object-oriented solutions, especially Java and its related technologies.
Data Management -
This practice focuses on strategies and implementations for housing corporate data. The goal is to change data management from a burden to a finely-honed weapon that
enables quick and efficient decisions to guide the corporation.
Technical Writing -
This practice focuses on creating the documentation for any software project. This includes
charter documents, project plans, system design documents, software testing documents, user manuals including on-line and hardcopy help. Technical writers work with domain experts as needed to create documents that convey the necessary
information in an easy-to-read and understandable format.
Software Testing -
This practice focuses on using manual and automated tools to exercise software to its extremes to find
any bugs within the code. This includes unit testing, system/integration testing and load testing.
